We enter the month of August and things are picking up. School begins in a couple of weeks and that means the “summer” is officially over. Now that families are getting back into their school days routines, things are picking up at church, too.
We begin an 8-week study entitled “The Way of the Master” on Sunday afternoon, August 7th, at 5:00PM. This study is for everyone and I hope that you will take advantage of the opportunity. Also, the kids will go bowling on Monday, August 8 from 10:00AM until 1:15.
There is the Sunday School Leadership Conference at Shocco Springs, August 12-13 and that is always inspiring and beneficial to Sunday School workers. We will have our “Back-to-School Splash Bash on Saturday, August 27, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.
